AROMA: ELEGANT AND CONCENTRATED WITH HINTS OF DRY FRUIT, HONEY AND MINERALS.
TASTE: DRY, SAVOURY PALATE WITH VERY FINE AND TINY LINGERING BUBBLES.  MODERATE ACIDITY AND GOOD BALANCE WITH A LONG CITRUS FINISH.
PAIRING: EXCELLENT AS AN APERITIF, OR THROUGHOUT A MEAL AND ANY OCCASIONS.

THIS SPUMANTE COMES FROM THE VINEYARDS OF PINOT NERO AND CHARDONNAY GROWN ON MARL AND CLAY-SANDY SOIL, WHICH ARE LOCATED AT AN ALTITUDE OF 510 AND 580 METERS ABOVE SEA LEVEL IN A PRECIOUS AREA OF ALTA LANGA. ACCORDING TO THE PIEMONTESE TRADITION, IT IS STRICTLY PRODUCED BY USING THE “METODO CLASSICO”.

CELLARED FOR 24 MONTHS ON LEES BEFORE DISGORGING.
