TASTING NOTES: 
COLOUR: INTENSE RUBY RED COLOR WITH A LIGHT GARNET HUE.
AROMA: THE PERFUME OF WILD ROSES, SWEET THYME, TOBACCO, LIQUORICE, ALONG WITH RASPBERRIES, CHERRIES AND MINERALS.
TASTE: THIS MEDIUM + BODIED DRY RED HAS SOFT AND ROUND MEDIUM+ TANNINS, FLAVOURS OF RIPE CHERRIES, PLUMS WITH HINTS OF VIOLETS, LEATHER, LICORICE AND MINERALS.
PAIRING: POULTRY, RED MEAT, RED SAUCE PASTA, AND CHARCUTERIE.

THE VINYARDS ARE COMPOSED OF NEBBIOLO IN NEIVE, WITH AN ALTITUDE OF 350 METERS ABOVE SEA LEVEL. IT IS FACING SOUTHWEST AND THE COMPOSITION OF THE VINYARDS CONSIST OF MARL-CALCAREOUS AND CLAY.  THE VINES ARE TRAINED WITH GUYOT SYSTEM WITH 5,000 VINES PER HECTARE.

AFTER FERMENTATION THE WINE AGES IN STAINLESS STEEL TANKS FOR 5 MONTHS AND TRANSFERRED INTO 500L OAK TONNEAUX FOR 24 MONTHS. THEN REST IN THE BOTTLE FOR 1 YEAR.
